Privacy
A simple, privacy-first website.
What this site collects
The contact form collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, company, areas of interest and message. If you arrived through a tagged campaign or individually shared link, the site may also keep the campaign parameters, anonymous referral code, landing page and initial referring page. An anonymous referral code may remain in a first-party browser cookie for up to 180 days so later visits from the same browser can be associated with the original shared link. This information is used only to understand and respond to your request and measure which communications generate relevant interest.
Form delivery
Contact requests are submitted through a protected server-side process, stored in Mikel Sfeir's private project archive and delivered by email. Draft details may remain in the current browser tab for up to 12 hours so they are not lost after a temporary error, and are removed after confirmed submission. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the public contact form.
Private questionnaires
Private client questionnaires require an access code. Draft answers and contact details are kept only in the current browser tab for up to 12 hours and are removed after confirmed submission. Completed responses are sent through a protected server-side process for storage in Mikel Sfeir's private client-project archive and email delivery. Private questionnaire pages are excluded from Google Analytics.
Messaging and email
If you choose direct messaging or email, Meta and your email provider may process the information under their own privacy terms. Your message will be used to respond and manage the professional conversation.
Measurement
Google Analytics automatically measures limited activity on public website pages, such as page visits, Growth Check completion, simulator interactions, contact-form success and contact-button use. Analytics storage is enabled, so Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and understand website usage. Advertising storage, ad-user data and ad personalisation remain disabled. Campaign parameters and anonymous referral codes may be associated with public website interactions, but the private recipient-to-code register is not sent to Google Analytics. Form names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents and private questionnaire activity are not sent to Google Analytics. You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings.
